Context
Tapioca Express is a Taiwanese-American fusion food franchise specializing in bubble tea, coffee, fruit juices, slushes, small meals, and light snacks. The target audience of their brand are millennials and generation Z who are interested in Asian-American fusion food.
The client requested a web and mobile app to digitize the ordering experience for their customers.
Project Goals
Target Audience: 13 to 28 year-old Americans
Pain Points: The current ordering system requires the customer to physically wait in line at the store to place an order and to wait for their order to be ready. This system creates a negative experience for the customer when they have to wait in long lines during peak hours.
